All Sales are Final, but it most instances we are more than willing to help each customer achieve their playing and budget goals. Refunds or partial refunds are possible as well. 

1. Tip Size Exchanges or Model Exchanges can be made if buyer contacts us within 48 hours of receiving their mouthpiece and explains their situation to us, then we can figure an easy solution from that point On. For International orders the same but of course return shipping to the USA takes more time. So we are very flexible.

2. Our mouthpieces are custom milled and hand finished, in small batches, they take time to produce, and they are quite expensive when adding 24K Gold or .925 Silver or Rhodium plating!

3. If you decide to either swap your model or to do a tip size exchange, RR must receive your mouthpiece within 4 working days. If your mouthpiece comes back to us in anything other than looking 100% Brand New and sellable, we will have to add a restocking charge of $ 75.00.
